Had a pretty major issue with our RV (slide out)when we were camping, we were driving through Morinville on our way home and they were so amazing. Customer service is 100% the best we have ever dealt with. They took a quick look, the mechanic said he had time and fixed it right the and there. We were gone in an hour... I WISH we had purchased from them, as our dealer didn't seem to care and wouldn't book us in for a diagnosis until end of August! This is the second time we have dealt with RV city on the fly (they fixed our furnace last year) and I would 100% recommend them for their friendly service and genuine care of customers alone. We purchased our Class C motorhome from RV City. Everyone was excellent to deal with, from Mike our salesperson, who is a very down to earth guy to deal with, and does not try to push hard with sales. Maddi our finance lady was probably the best finance person we have every dealt with. She definitely knows her stuff, and was able to work different angles to get us a lower interest rate, while explaining the pros and cons of the options given. Our motorhome had a showed a BBQ station advertised in the layout picture, but it wasn't included in the model we chose. The manager had them install a propane hookup for a BBQ to allow a portable to be attached to the unit, due to the misleading image. After we drove our motorhome for the first 8000 km's, we noticed uneven tire wear, with all signs showing the alignment wasn't proper. Leigh from the service department discussed with the manager and paid for an alignment out of good faith. For all the people stepping up for the purchase of our motorhome, we would definitely purchase another RV from RV city Morinville down the road, and would highly recommend them! - Lyle

I am a lifelong camper having enjoyed life in the outdoors in every thinkable accommodations: from lean-to's, tents, tipis, tent trailers, camper trucks, travel trailers, etc.
My first experience with RV City was related to the acquisition of a 23' travel trailer. The trailer was a 2001 model, and I took possession of it in the Spring of 2003. In 2017, my wife and I bought a new 21” Jayco trailer, which we eventually traded in toward a new-to-us Thor motorhome. Although we loved the Jayco trailer, the motorhome is definitely more convenient as it allows greater flexibility.
Our positive experience with RV City is in no small part attributable to the quality of the staff! Our main contact for sales was Fernando da Silveira who spared no time accommodating our questions. We met Fernando in 2016 and connected immediately because we discovered we shared a few similar life experiences.
Once we decided on our Thor motorhome, the administrivia related to the purchase was greatly facilitated by Matti-Ray Pryma, the Finance Manager. She proved to be very professional and capable.
On the technical/service side of things, we were also impressed by the folks we had the opportunity to deal with. In particular, we should mention David, Marc, JP, and Marine.
The morale of the story is: if you love camping and want a RV, a trip to RV City Morinville should definitely be part of your plans! - Jacques

For most I would say this is off the beaten track but well worth visiting. The staff is polite and helpful. They are a wealth of information and if they don't know the answer to your question they try and find the answer for you. I had a question about solar panels and asked a very specific question. They didn't know the answer right away but before I left they were able to respond. If you have an RV in tow, there is space to pull in and turn around. Parking is never an issue there. Since purchasing my motorhome here in 2020 all the staff have been exceptional. I have had numerous visits and texts and without a doubt they go above and beyond!
